Patients can order repeat prescriptions in any of the following ways:
- SystmOnline - this is the safest method and enables our patients to order even when the surgery is closed. We strongly encourage you to use this method whenever possible. If you are not currently registered for online services please contact our reception team who will be pleased to assist you.
- NHS app - Owned and run by the NHS, the NHS App is a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet. The NHS App is available now on iOS and Android. To use it you must be aged 13 and over and registered with a GP surgery in England. For more information please visit the NHS app web page.
- By post - to your usual branch site
- By hand - please post your repeat slip through the letter box at any site.
For safety reasons, we do not accept prescription requests over the telephone.
**Please allow 2-3 full working days to process prescription requests.**
The practice is able to dispense medicines to patients living more than one mile from the nearest chemist. These requests should be made as outlined above.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications. To see when your medication review is next due please look at the information printed on your repeat prescription, or speak to a member of our Reception Team.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
